Our Hearts for Humanity has begun a Haiti Dreamers Program for the 30 students we are sponsoring at Ecole Notre Dame de la Sagesse, Our Lady of Wisdom School in Lizon, Haiti. Only 30% of the students in Haiti stay in school beyond 6th Grade. If a student works hard, stays in school, and gets very good grades. Our Hearts for Humanity will pay his or her tuition through high school. We hope to expand the Haiti Dreamers Program to many other Catholic, parochial and private schools throughout Haiti. If we can keep students in school beyond 6th Grade and provide them with an Inquiry-based Learning education, we will be addressing one of the main problems in Haiti.
